Completed BSc or HND in Electrical Engineering, eligible and posted for National Service.

Administrative Assistant
We are recruiting an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our Obuasi office.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, filing and record-keeping
- Coordinate schedules, meetings and travel arrangements
- Support HR, procurement and operations administration
- Handle front-desk duties and client communication
Requirements
- HND or Degree in Business Administration, Secretaryship or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Obuasi
Procurement Manager
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management and logistics for our mining and oil & gas operations across West Africa.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement — sourcing, negotiation and purchasing
- Develop and manage supplier and vendor relationships
- Coordinate port-to-site logistics, imports and inventory
- Ensure cost control, compliance and on-time delivery
- Support project teams with equipment and materials sourcing
Requirements
- Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or a related field (CIPS or similar an advantage)
- Proven procurement / supply-chain experience, ideally in mining, energy or heavy industry
- Strong negotiation, supplier-management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of import and logistics processes and vendor compliance
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Obuasi
